Sue K.A. (Totsy) Nichols (1943-2007)
Totsy Nichols was from Valdosta, Georgia and lived in Atlanta for over 30 years. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 1965, with honors with a degree in journalism and marketing. In 1982, she graduated cum laude from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctor. Totsy Nichols was AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and she practiced products liability law exclusively. She zealously and successfully argued cases in all Georgia courts both state and federal and in numerous other state and federal jurisdictions throughout the United States.
