Business Claims
We represent clients in regard to claims of business wrongdoing and unfair competition. Such claims are typically asserted when employees of one company leave and form a new competing company. We have handled cases involving claims of intentional interference with contracts, commercial defamation, and the misappropriation of trade secrets. We are also experienced in product infringement claims brought under the federal Lanham Act. We successfully handled these types of claims in Instrument Repair Service v. Gunby, 238 Ga. App. 138 (518 SE2d 161)(1999).
